answering calls and messages from Hebrew-speaking clients,
preparing daily and weekly raports,
achieve target for number of telephone calls,

REQUIREMENTS:

fluent Hebrew and communicative English,
very good communication skills,
detail oriented work attitude and reliable team player,
good knowledge of MS package, especially Excel.
